This is a picture of the prize salmon that Meridy & Nate had on their blog. It was so dreamy tasting. I wish we had some right now--it was one of those tastes that you crave after you've tried it. It tasted sort of like the smoked trout my dad used to make. Notice the apples on top. They didn't take the flames as well as the salmon---they were a little on the crispy side. Thanks to our Henderson kids for coming up to visit and work for a week.
