We went over a dirt road and through a wash to see a new site. It is called Little Finland.
We hiked and climbed around natural formations of red sandstone. We ate "bottle stopper" wild plants and dug a Sego Lily--saw a few cactus flowers--Desert Marigolds and other wild flowers.
Enjoyed fresh air and friendship.
We've got to get the rest of the Geezers to join us and go somewhere again soon.

Those rock formations are really interesting looking. Spontaneous trips are always fun. Some day when I'm not a working girl we'll take some. Glad you had fun.
