This is an update on the well. The hole is 78 feet deep and about 6 inches in diameter. There is water standing about 8 feet deep and we are giving it a rest while Chuck gets onto other projects such as yard work, Spanish Branch, power meetings etc.
Today after he had mowed the grass and tried edging (with an gas edger we bought at a yard sale and he said they probably sold it because it didn't work right)he told me that if he couldn't find anything more fun to do than edge grass--he would rather go back to drilling a well.
I think he is missing getting so dirty from head to toe.

Cheryl, If you would have had your "Yellow Polka Dot" bikini on in the pool he would have loved to mow the lawns!
Don't fall in the well! Dad should have been a pioneer. He always like a good challenge.
Yeah, don't take Pronsie out there.
